IT being the first day of school. I'm going to be a junior in high school! :O Still can't believe it, actually. As my friend so aptly put it, "WE'RE GOING TO BE UPPERCLASSMEN! WHEN WE WALK IN, ON THAT FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL, WE WON'T HAVE TO SIT IN THE CAFETERIA ALONG WITH THE *UNDER*CLASSMEN, WE GET TO GO TO THE *AUDITORIUM*! WOOOT!"

Haha.

I don't really know how I feel about it to be honest. :\ Of course, I'm dreading it, because I don't really feel like waking up at 6 AM every morning again and falling back into that ritual of get up, eat, get dressed, go to school, pay attention (maybe. lol.), go home, do homework, hopefully have time to get online, sleep, and repeat. But I do want to see my friends again. We had all this crazy "drama" last year that I was stupid enough to somewhat get into (NEVER doing that again) and the year kind of ended badly with some people. I hope no one brings that up again. I hope it's done and over with. And if does come back, heck, I'm staying 200 feet away.

SO I READ HARRY POTTER 7 AND I HAVE MIXED FEELINGS. Well, it was a good book, to be sure, because I really, REALLY got back into the fandom. Sometime after HBP I kind of just... fell out? :O Shocking, I know. I wasn't really paying attention to when the 7th book was going to come out and when it did I was just "Oh. Okay. Well let's buy a copy." And I fell back into the fandom, HARD. I felt like that little girl again, reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for the first time, lol. Good book, some excellent plot twists (SNAPE!), excellent developments (REMUS/TONKS! XD), but some really unwanted deaths. T_T

(which is why I'm reading fic like crazy. xD)

On another note, I'm going with mommy dearest to watch Becoming Jane tomorrow. I hope it's good. I'm in dire need of some romance movie/fic in my system. I need to get "girly-giggly" as someone so aptly put it. :D
